*Tesis kurallarına uymayı ve kendi kişisel sağlık önlemlerimi almayı kabul ve beyan ederim.

*Giriş esnasında alınan sağlık önlemlerinin, tesis kurallarının ve risklerin  tarafıma anlatıldığını ve sorumluluğun kendimde olduğunu kabul 

ve beyan ederim.  

*Vermiş olduğum bilgilerin doğruluğunu ve tesis tarafından saklanmasını, gerekli görüldüğü  taktirde yasal kurumlarla paylaşılmasını 

onaylıyorum.

*Değerli eşyalarınızı oda veya resepsiyondaki kasalarda saklayınız. Kasalar dışındaki kaybolan eşyalardan tesisimiz mesuliyet kabul 

etmemektedir.

*Otel yönetimi konaklama süresince işletme kuralları ve otel prensipleri çerçevesinde hareket etmeyen ve/veya diğer misafirlerin 

şikayetine neden olan uygunsuz davranışlarda bulunulması halinde misafir konaklamasını erken sonlandırma hakkına sahiptir, ve misafir 

tam konaklama ücretini ödemekle yükümlüdür.

*No-show uygulaması gereği misaifirin konaklamasını 3 gün öncesinden resepsiyona bilgi vermeden erken sonlandırması durumunda 

rezervasyon ücretinin tamamı tahsil edilir.

*Tesis içerisinde yapmış olduğum tüm konaklama ve ekstra harcamaların ve vermiş olduğum zararların bedelinin bildirmiş olduğum 

kredi kartından tahsil edilmesini kabul ve beyan ederim.

*I accept and declare that the health measures taken, facility rules and risks have been explained to me and The responsiblilty is mine.

*I confirm that the information I have provided is correct and stored by the facility and shared with legal institutions if deemed necessary.

*Keep your valuables in the safe in the room or reception. Our facility does not accept any liability for lost items other than safes.

*The hotel management has the right to early terminate the accommodation of guests who do not act within the framework of business 

rules and hotel principles during the stay and who act inappropriately that cause other guests to complain. In this case, the guest is 

obliged to pay the full accommodation fee.

*In accordance with the no-show application, if the guest ends his / her accommodation 3 days before, without informing the reception, 

the entire reservation fee will be charged.

*I accept and declare that the cost of all accommodation and extra expenses and damages I have incurred in the facility will be collected 

from the credit card I have notified.
